From boardrooms to shopfloors, I’ve spent nearly two decades helping people and businesses grow.Today, I work at the intersection of financial education, gender equity, and workforce participation — helping women build wealth, confidence, and agency by combining my corporate leadership experience with purpose-led entrepreneurship.As an HR Head (15+ years), I led people strategy, built inclusive teams, and supported business growth across telecom, healthcare, agritech, automotive, fertilizer, and solar sectors.Then the pandemic hit — exposing the fragility of even the best-laid career and financial plans. I saw firsthand how many accomplished women hesitated around money — not due to lack of capability, but lack of access to practical financial education, safe spaces, and clear guidance.I knew that story. I had lived it.At a personal level, I began deeply engaging with my own finances and investing — and alongside that, felt a growing pull to create more value, scale, and impact with the work I did — not limiting myself to one organisation, but spanning people and systems. That clarity reshaped my career direction.I founded SHE Wealth to simplify financial education for women — jargon-free, practical, and rooted in real life. Our work focuses on building financial confidence as a foundation for career growth, entrepreneurship, and long-term independence.SHE Wealth was soon incubated & supported by IIM Bangalore NSRCEL, IIM Vizag, and the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women, London.
