Currently Head of Product Design at super.money (Flipkart Group). A role that sounds far more important until you realise most of it happens between roadmap debates, “can we ship this today?” messages, and explaining the same decision three different ways depending on who’s asking. I joined as the Founding Designer, building the brand, visual strategy, and product from zero. Five months in, super.money became a crowd favourite and ranked among the top 5 UPI apps on NPCI charts, despite several strong opinions and a few questionable decisions. As the product scaled, my role naturally evolved into Head of Product Design. I still start in Figma, get pulled into meetings I didn’t plan for, and care far too much about details most users will never notice but I definitely will… later that night. Day to day, I: * Design for scale, ship for today * Solve problems that didn’t exist until the meeting * Find alignment in meetings, lose it in Slack * Sit through discussions that end exactly where they started * Make things simpler and watch them get complicated * Translate excitement into timelines everyone ignores * Say “users might struggle” when I already am If you’re still reading, you have more patience than most and I already like you. Hands-on, opinionated, with a questionable sense of humour, and fully aware that the roadmap mostly lives in Slack, partially in people’s heads, and nowhere official.
