I build product and growth systems for B2B SaaS teams so they can consistently ship work that moves activation, retention, and monetization. Over the last 5+ years at Semrush, I helped transform an Agency Suite of 5 professional tools (Lead Generation, Workflow Optimisation, Reporting) from fragmented features into a single commercial solution with a unified UX and modular pricing & paywall system. That evolution took the suite from 0→1 to $5M+ ARR, with >60% of its MRR coming from self-serve channel. On the product side, I worked with multiple squads to: - Turn a legacy reporting tool into a top-3 company product with 130K MAU and a key MRR & retention driver. - Redesign monetization for reporting from tier-based to limit-based (per-report), unlocking ~30% MoM MRR growth versus the previous model. - Launch Agency Growth Kit and Semrush App Center, which brought 6-figure MRR respectively. On the systems side, I focus on making good work repeatable: - Built a Skill Matrix and career frameworks for designers, resulting in two Product Designers transitioning into Product Owner roles, one UI → Product Designer promotion, and a ~95% engagement score — the highest across the company. - Created reusable frameworks for Customer Journey Mapping, experimentation (A/B + Fake Door), and paywall patterns, so teams can prioritise the right problems and test solutions in weeks instead of months. - Fostered and leveraged AI across the end-to-end design process — from research synthesis and data analysis to prototyping and storytelling — to help teams validate ideas faster, reduce risk, and make higher-confidence product decisions. My sweet spot is leading at the intersection of product, design, data and business: aligning teams on the problem, the metrics that matter, and the smallest experiment that moves them.
