I started my journey in Gujarat, completing my 10th grade before moving to Mumbai for higher studies and pursuing my CA qualification. My articleship began with G.P. Kapadia in Mumbai and, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I transitioned to Jamnagar, where I completed my articleship with Sonecha and Amlani. With a primary focus on audits, I gained extensive experience in tax audits, statutory audits, and internal audits for major companies. I’ve also worked on GST scrutiny notices and assisted in drafting replies for income tax assessments. Beyond my professional work, I’m actively involved in extracurricular activities, winning accolades such as Best Newcomer at an inter-hostel fest, the Shark Tank event at the regional ICAI branch, led team to First place in the events at regional ICAI Branch and many more. Currently, I am the Founder of EK-Ray, where we specialize in providing advisory services on corporate actions, fundraising, FP&A, Consultancy, compliance and all the services that a business requires in order to run smoothly. Our Biggest milestone till now was to consult a client on GST optimizing strategy which helped them to improve their operating margins by 12%. Our mission is to help businesses navigate complex financial landscapes with efficiency and confidence. I’m passionate about smart productivity, leveraging AI and innovative approaches to enhance both professional and personal tasks.
