• After joining Spinny as a Talent Acquisition Intern, I was fortunate to earn a full-time role based on my contributions across the Tech, Product and Marketing hiring verticals. Since then, I've been deeply involved in scaling teams that are crucial to Spinny’s growth — from hiring fresh talent to onboarding experienced professionals.
• In this role, I’ve had the opportunity to take complete ownership of the recruitment process - managing everything from sourcing and screening to interviews, negotiations and releasing final offers. What drives me is the impact great talent brings to a business and I make sure every hiring experience reflects that.
• Here’s a snapshot of what I’ve been doing:
• 1. Rolled out the highest number of offers across Tech, Product and Marketing roles - from interns to senior developers and managers.
• 2. Maintained a high joining conversion rate of over 85%, ensuring candidates are not only hired but engaged and excited to join.
• 3. Consistently achieved a low turnaround time (TAT) in closing critical positions, balancing speed with quality of hire.
• 4. Led negotiations and offer discussions with mid to senior-level candidates, ensuring win-win outcomes for both sides.
• 5. Contributed to and led key recruitment strategies, while supporting the TA team with insights, planning and process improvements.
• This journey has helped me grow not just as a recruiter, but as a partner to the business — always focused on bringing in the right people who can drive innovation, culture and success.

• Started as a Talent Acquisition Intern at Spinny, I had the opportunity to work closely with the Tech, Product and Marketing teams, contributing to critical hiring needs across levels. My proactive approach, strong sourcing skills and ability to connect with the right talent helped drive successful hires - from Interns to Senior Developers in the system. My work and commitment led to a full-time conversion into the Talent Acquisition team, where I continue to build high-performing teams that power Spinny’s growth.
