Training activities are organized throughout the year with the sole motive towards strengthening the student’s forte in today’s ever-challenging technical world along with technical expertise combined with effective interpersonal skills. TnP Cell, GTBIT acts as an interface between the Institute and Corporate by inviting them in the campus, where the eligible students are facilitated to go through the entire selection process. The entire process is governed by the student’s ability and performance, as well as the requirements and norms of the Industry. It has a systematic process of dovetailing the final year student’s career aspirations with corporate expectations by imparting comprehensive training to the students which include special Skill Enhancement Training Programmes also.
