• Leading Open Telemetry remote management to provide customer push configuration to 1000s of Sumo managed Open Telemetry agents from backend systems at scale by tag-based approach. Setting up a new Open Telemetry Agent page for managing new Open telemetry agents.
• Lead Cost reduction effort in the Data collection team by reducing the internal ingestion by 60% helping achieve.
• Managing multiple Platform Engineering teams with 20+ highly efficient members in India including Data Collection team and Business Enablement team. Successfully built Technical and People leaders in the Business Enablement team to reduce my reliance on the team.

• Built Business Enablement team, a part of Platform Engineering from scratch, grew the team from 1 junior developer to 9 member team, Including Backend, UI, UX, QE, and PM.
• Led a major change in the licensing model from Cloudflex to credit-based licensing to grow our customer base. Managed to migrate 90% of the customers to the new licensing plan, Seen a great success and it was also highlighted by Gartner MQ as one of the reasons Customer loves Sumologic for.
• Led Multi-Account Management (Sumo Organizations) from scratch catering to Multi Million dollar customers, This is a platform for modern approach for Large Enterprises, MSPs and MSSPs to centrally manage multiple customer deployments utilizing the Sumo Logic Continuous Intelligence Platform™ and Cloud SIEM. Seen a great success under a year with 100+ top sumo customers onboarded.
• Led Self Service Billing to support the PLG motion to cater to smaller ARR customers by reducing our Sales team and TAMs time on these accounts. Developed Experience in Zuora as a tool for Billing and Subscription.
• Getting overall alert volume down by > 90% and improving the operational cost of the team.
• Led taking UI assets on CDN for Sumologic.
• Led and Won three Hackathons over these years with popular voting.

• One of the founding members of the Frontend team in India, Actively worked with developers in the US counterparts to get context in India. Later, Build and grow the UI team to 8+ UI folks actively set up processes, and maintain a very low attrition rate.
• Was responsible for managing the UI work required in India and the US from a 5+ backend-heavy team. And supporting the product.
• Led the UI team in introducing React JS to Sumologic to pave a path of moving away from Angular JS which was causing performance issues in the application.
• Led and built UI Platforms by driving APIs driven UI including Config Driven Management pages and Config Driven Forms from Ideation to successful adoption which helped Sumo to move all 25+ management pages with consistent UI over a period of 2 years, by reducing the creation of a single management page from 1 quarter efforts including UX, UI, QE to just 1 week time by writing configs.
• Improved performance of Sumo Dashboard with 20+ panels in a single to avoid hanging.
