• PT Danareksa (Persero) is an SOE in Indonesia engaged in integrated investment services, including asset management, investment banking, and capital market services. As the holding company for several state-owned institutions, Danareksa plays a key role in developing Indonesia’s financial ecosystem. My responsibilities were but not limited to:
• Assisting in developing training programs for Danareksa Holding employees and successfully held 6 training programs for cross-level function and 3 online seminars
• Prepared training materials including visual properties using Canva and managed training administration
• Collaborating with the representatives of subsidiary companies and external vendors
• Helped learning team to develop Danareksa Learning Management System “Danareksa LEAD” with close coordination with IT function
• Assisting development of online learning courses and uploading new courses to Danareksa LEAD
• Serve as an MC for internal training program in Danareksa

• AwanTunai is a fintech company providing digital financing solutions to digitize Indonesia’s traditional supply chain. Focused on micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), AwanTunai offers working capital loans and invoice financing through its mobile and web-based platforms. During my internship, my responsibilities were:
• Assisting end-to-end recruitment process across functions (including tech and non-tech) and level, i.e. managerial, entry level, interns
• Involved in Kampus Merdeka intern mass hiring and responsible for 9 positions
• Actively sourced and screened candidates through job portals and advocated them to stakeholders
• Work in a multicultural environment and communicate across functions and levels

• A 2 week intensive collaborative program between Universitas Padjadjaran, RMIT University, and International Internships. The program encouraged psychology student to explore cultural differences and do research based on our psychology background. My team raised a research with a theme revolving around mental health and help-seeking behavior. The final report then presented in a hybrid seminar titled "Post Pandemic Mental Health: Indonesian and Australian Perspective".

• As the head of the department, I supervise and coordinate five (5) work programs, two of them are event programs. I conducted the recruitment process and assign the staff to their compatible work programs, I evaluate them twice in a year long term. I also lead weekly meeting, coordinate a peer assessment and staffs feedback to ensure a healthy organization environment for the department.
• During the term, the department already held 2 comparative studies with other universities' organization, accepting a fair number of collaboration and partners with external organization and parties, delivering information for the faculty and students, and publish informative content regarding to the faculty in BEM social media.

• I was Indonesian delegates for the two weeks program in US. As a foreign and not a native speaker, I gain many new experiences in camp. The main theme of the camp was Conflict and Resolution, hence I learned many new insight regarding global issues and intercultural matter. It was a life changing experience where I was not only enhance my English, but also independence, communication skills, public speaking, critical thinking, and social skills.
