About

I believe healing happens when the brain, body, and soul begin to work together again. My journey as a Clinical Neuropsychologist and Certified Naturopath has been about helping people rediscover that connection—especially when life feels overwhelming, uncertain, or stuck. Through my work at HealVibe Clinic, I’ve supported children, adolescents, and adults struggling with neurodevelopmental challenges, emotional dysregulation, trauma, and burnout. My approach blends the science of neuropsychology with the gentle power of mindfulness, body-based healing, and nature-inspired interventions, helping individuals rewire the mind and restore inner balance. I developed the Integrated Neuropsychological Learning Model (INLM)—a framework that unites neuroplasticity, emotional regulation, and holistic therapy—to bring evidence-based healing into real-world practice. It reflects my belief that transformation is not just possible, but measurable and deeply human. Beyond my clinical work, I mentor aspiring psychologists and therapists—guiding them to see beyond labels and diagnoses, and into the person behind the struggle. ✨ I believe that true recovery begins when we stop fighting ourselves and start understanding ourselves. If you’re seeking clarity, calm, or change—let’s begin the conversation.
