  • During my work, I am part of the team working on a new product which the company was planning to launch so we had to start things from scratch. As per my Responsibilities, I had conducted a Secondary Market Research with minimal resources to understand the need of corporates in recruitment and think of features to be included in the process to provide maximum value to them. We analysed our user behaviour and derive useful insights from the data in terms of business growth to make sure the quality conversion rate gets maximized by 10%. Also we design and execute strategic and financial analysis of projects to gain more profits.

  • RESEARCH PROJECT-
  • Migration-
  • The Research was conducted using a Primary Collection of Data
  • The research was conducted to carry out a survey among our peers and University graduates. It helped us to find out the causes of “Brain Drain”, to find the rates of “Brain Drain” and its influence on our country. In this way it helped us to identify the impact of this problem on the economy and demography of India. Sample size was 60 people in which the male and female proportion were almost equal. Sample Size age range 18-30.
  • The research concluded that Some findings emphasized the positive impacts of brain drain while others highlighted the negative impact. The effective brain drain exceeds the income- maximizing level in the vast majority of developing countries. It may cause fiscal losses. above a certain level, brain drain reduces the stock of human capital and induces occupational distortions.
  • Brain drain is not always an issue of negativity, rather a country with a huge population and skilled human resources can indeed use its human resources for earning remittances. A brain drain induces remittances flows, reduces international transaction costs, and generates benefits in source countries from both returnees and the diaspora abroad. Appropriate policy adjustments can help to maximize the gains or minimize the costs of the brain drain. Accordingly, various policy suggestions were also given.

  • Report on Cross Section, Time and Panel Data Analysis- Econometrics
  • The study investigated simple economic models of bus demand, examines alternative variables that can be used to discuss some alternative model forms. It quantitatively describes the conditions of an urban transport system and to support a theoretical basis for transport policymaking. The model utilises fare, income, gas price etc to explain the demand for urban transportation by bus in thousands of passenger hours.
  • In our study we have used the secondary data taken from the book ‘Ramanathan’. The regression model consists of demand for urban transportation by bus in thousands of passenger hours as the dependent variable.
