A human resources professional with over a decade experience in people functions and HR processes & systems. A diligent performer, have handled critical portfolios within the human resource function. Have experience in designing processes and systems in alignment with organisational goals. Have worked extensively on processes devised to better talent acquisition, talent management and talent retention, with a special focus on using assessments as a tool to aid these objectives. Adept in client account management and balancing stakeholder relationships. My first stint in Reliance Industries focused on improving employee experience for all and making the company an employer of choice through internal (employees) & external (passive/potential talent) engagement. Later, I moved into a role overseeing cadre development- to put it simply, how do we identify, develop, grow and retain our hi-potential pool. I was, am and will always be a champion of employee experience at the workplace- always on the lookout to improve and create a better workplace. Isn’t that what being in a people function is all about? :) My other areas of interest include in investing in people development & mentoring. I am currently in Dallas and actively seeking opportunities to further my growth.
