I am a creative person who enjoys exploring different skills and interests to develop unique and user-friendly designs. I have always been interested in the intersection of design and technology. I am a mechanical engineer, currently pursuing my Master's In Design at the Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad. I believe that my background in mechanical engineering has given me a unique perspective and skill set in design as it allows me to approach design challenges with a logical and analytical mindset, while also being able to think creatively and outside of the box. I am constantly seeking out new opportunities to learn and grow. In my free time, I enjoy staying up to date on the latest design trends and tools, as well as collecting old stuff just for fun. Developed a new IndiGo's FPH "Flights + Hotel" Platform from the ground to drive FL and improve trip package value, backed by user research, competitor analysis, stakeholder inputs, and design testing.
Redesigned core B2C IndiGo’s booking user flow to enhance efficiency and drive conversions. Led major aspects of IndiGo’s UX revamp and contributed to building a new design system.
Handled BAU growth enhancements on the IndiGo flight booking platform, solving key user issues through data-backed design.
Drove end to end B2B booking portal “IndiGo Partner Agent” from scratch starting with layer 1, shaping the product through research and stakeholder alignment throughout journey.
