• Preonboarding Admin Tool – Developed Backend
• o Meet and Greet Service for onboarding. The tool automatically send customizable invites, updates, cancellation to New Hires and Managers with relevant details and reminders.
• o Data Validation - Build a custom rule engine to validate data from 3rd party platforms (Smart Recruiters) and notifies about the success and failed cases. Along with this posting communications in SR for Hiring Team.
• Employee Referral Tool
• o Internal tool used across the organization: Simplified the process from filling out a form and creating profile manually on company portal to just sending out an email with the relevant details which are parsed automatically by system.
• o Got Visa Trade Secret Award for project.
• Hiring Manager Tool – (Workday Extended)
• o Being an early adopter of workday extend built a custom app for Managers to monitor their New Hires, and their onboarding.
• Workday –
• o Built a WECI to deliver historical data of employees from Workday to internal systems
• o Worked with document transformation integrations, core connectors, payroll integrations, wrote complex xslt scripts
• o Worked in HCM modules of Workday.
• o Worked on Workday web services and making xml requests and automated testing processes.
• o Designed custom tools to achieve the limitations of Workday.
