Hello there! Thanks for taking a moment to check out my profile. No tall claims—just a common man meddling with and building new digital products, automating solutions, and optimizing processes to save human hours. At heart, I'm largely a writer with varied interests. I appreciate good literature, great poetry, and evocative coffee just as much as I value a finely-tuned prompt and a product that offers a great experience. If you can see the human in it, I'm with you. A lot of life's problems can be resolved by thinking human-first. As selfish as it may sound in these times of climate catastrophes and global temperature rise, I still believe the solution lies in thinking human. We are all part of a larger ecological cycle, and any technology should enable us to coexist seamlessly with society. We are as much animal as we are human—and vice versa. My tryst with literature and poetry began when I used to scribble excerpts of my writings on the back pages of my math or physics notebooks. I continued this practice as I started working, tucking some of my writings away as draft emails in Outlook. Over time, some of these writings were published at the NYC Poetry Festival, resulting in two chapbooks of poetry in 2016 and 2017. As a doctoral student in Media Studies with a postgraduate degree in Mass Communication and Journalism, my interest in Media and Cultural Studies has further piqued my curiosity and aligns with my core personality of exploration and discovery. My journey with technology and writing has continued as I transitioned through various roles, from being a business editor and writer to an EdTech content strategist to co-founding Startups. Later on, I realized the power of conversational AI, where I was able to bring together the best of both worlds: technology and thoughtful writing. Today, I focus on the intersection of digital media and AI, creating good, usable products, effective automation solutions, and LLMs with political nuances. Occasionally pondering whether anthropomorphism is reaching LLMs or Gods first. I've taken on the challenge of doing the unachievable by leveraging solutions for big businesses—like working with 200+ labels across the world and enabling millions of conversations on various channels and platforms.
