• Created an interest-led audio tutor, so every student have a smart AI buddy whom they can talk to and discuss the concepts while the AI tutor puts an interesting spin of interest on boring curriculum. realised active learning takes time and why talk to an AI about a concept for 30mins when you can passively watch a video in 10
• Create the diagnostic first AI tutor, because while there are 100s of resources a student can learn from there are close to none where they can get feedback on what they learnt and their learning gaps. while learning gap identification is a superb value prop. Executional challanges include: ghar pe kalesh because you see weaknesses of your child and students feel intimidated as the primary purpose of a diagnostic tutor is to ask questions.

• Interest-led one-on-one tutoring to teach curriculum concepts (ran ~1200 demos and 31 students onboarded), quality detoriated as more and more students and demos got scheduled - Realised preparing learning content for only one time use is very operationally challenging and this is not the way to go
• Created a repository of 400+ CER(Claim-Evidence-Reasoning) simulation assisted with AI for K12 Science and Maths, realised stand alone simulations can not provide retention - sold to bunch of schools but b2b is not the way to go (for me).
• Created a parent app with activities and discussions to stimulate intellectual curiosity in their kids and equip them with frameworks and mental models to improve soft skills, while this peoblem was very prominent but it is a tarpit because, spending time with the kids is latent need and wishful thinking, no parent actually wants to do this after coming from work.

• Leading the development of a chatbot, there is only so much data that we can visualize and disseminate in a meaningful manner, Chatbot takes any string and generates a SQL query to fetch the data from the database. True dissemination of data is “it should be available at your fingertip”, chatbot caters complex queries like “show me districts of Uttar Pradesh where the number of female literates is less than the total number of children.”. I have a great experience with NLTK, Spacy, fastText, GloVe and dependency parsers of Stanford.
