• Helped the largest consumer ride-sharing company in India improve the user experience of their core products:
• Ola Play - India's first and the only connected-car platform
• I head design for consumer experiences on the phone and the entertainment console in the car. Currently designing interactive products that enhance a user's ride experience through media/entertainment and value addition built around their geo-location context.
• Driver app
• I helped revamp the complete driver app experience. We started with creating a better and more systematic design language focusing on the very niche challenges designing for a moving car brings. After developing the new and updated design language, we worked on the whole driver app to deliver an improved experience that would help drivers manage their business better.
• Consumer app
• I have been responsible for multiple design and usability improvements in the app over the months. I redesigned the driver card information architecture and visuals to improve the readability in various outdoor and indoor booking contexts and improved its performance in helping users identify cabs in the real world. I also designed the Today Widget experience on iOS, making quick bookings and OTP auth more accessible to iOS users.

• I helped design products for Instamojo to help users run their e-commerce businesses online on mobile and on desktops.
• I was an integral part of the complete redesign of the merchant dashboard. We revamped the dashboard to deliver a more user-centric experience on mobile and on desktop. With this project, we built an internal design system & established structured processes to integrate design thinking in our product development cycle. The new dashboard increased user engagement on mobile by 100%.
• I was also responsible for designing the @InstaPay instant payment product. We designed the whole feature from a mobile consumer's point of view. The product became one of a kind that enabled people transfer money to anyone's bank account. InstaPay has been instrumental in helping sellers collect payments by just sharing a @username.
• I was an integral part of the team that designed Mink - Instamojo's peer-to-peer money transfer and expense splitting mobile app. Instamojo found a need for a platform that made payments fun and social. We worked on an experience marrying social sharing and making small payments to your friends, family and colleagues.
• I also built the new design language at Instamojo and developed assets for faster internal design iterations and production.

• I developed User Interfaces for Web-based applications and products. I also started developing native iOS applications and released my first iOS app on the App Store.
• I have also developed User Interfaces for industrial automation systems for ease of use and for a convenient display of sensor-data on touch-screens and feeding user-interactions back into the automated machines.
• I like to research techniques and tricks about making User Interface better so that User Experience is more satisfying and more natural. I have released 3 web-applications that attract more than a few hundred thousand visitors every month.
