Currently, I'm serving various Asset Managers across the globe by responding to their Due Diligence Questionnaire(DDQ) and Requests For Proposals(RFP). Liaising with a number of subject matter experts, specialized in various asset classes(Equity, fixed, Multi-Asset, Target Date products) and other teams including Audit, legal, Compliance, Tech, Human Resources, Performance, marketing etc. regularly for collating required information in order to respond to the various questionnaires of the Prospects and clients, and ensuring a timely submission of DDQs/RFP's. While in this profile, I've learnt and gained proficiency in various tools and databases like Responsive( formerly RFPIO), Seismic, DOOR, Consumer Duty, Asset Q and a thorough understanding of various marketing materials like Sales kits, Standard RFPs, Prospectus, Factsheets etc. often pitched by the Asset Managers to the clients. I also have a very good exposure to trending topics in capital markets like ESG, impact of climate change and various other initiatives and regulations around the world, for instance SFDR, EMIR Reporting, TCFD, stewardship codes etc. along with different retirement products like Target-date, Stable Value, glide-path strategies etc. Serving Asset Manager across the globe has provided me a very good grip on different vehicles offered globally. For example- SICAV, Mutual Funds, ETFs, OEIC, CPF, CTF, ITM etc. Currently, I'm pursuing Chartered Financial Analyst(CFA) and thus have a good understanding of the Financial Markets and various Asset classes, prior to it I've pursued ACCA and gained a good knowledge on International Financial Reporting Standards(IFRS) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) accounting standards, Audit and Assurance, Taxation.
