I build partner programs from scratch — and then make them scale. At Clearco, a fintech platform serving VC- and PE-backed merchants, I scaled the agency partner program from ~20 to 200+ partners as an early hire — owning recruitment, activation, and referral production in a regulated financial services environment. I took that same playbook into Skio and built their partner program from scratch. Three years later, partner-sourced revenue had grown from $30K to over $1.8M per quarter. That growth didn't come from recruitment volume — it came from systematic activation: structured onboarding tracks, tiered enablement, and a system for managing 50–100 active partners at different lifecycle stages simultaneously. My background sits at the intersection of partner ecosystems and customer activation — two things that look different on paper but run on the same engine: making the people you work with successful enough that they keep coming back.
