Job Responsibilities • Managing the implementation of HR policies for Manpower Planning, recruitment, selection, Induction of new hires. • Searching technical & non-technical profiles candidates on the job portals like Indeed, Naukri, Shine, FB, LinkedIn and through Internal database. • Screening and short listing the resumes & lining up the candidates for the face-to-face and online Interview. • Interviewing candidates using various techniques (e.g. technical assessments, behavioral and structured questions) • Processes: Salary Negotiation, Offer Generation, Background verification initiation, establish, Joining formalities, documentation & managing exit interviews. • Managing the full cycle of talent acquisition process and ensuring smooth and positive first day experience of the new employee, induction, team introduction, processes and policies introduction of the organization, coordinating in providing workstation. • Maintaining employee database, attendance, leave management & Payroll. • Creating and run referral bonus programs & preparing perks & benefits, incentive plans programs for prospective hires. • Maintain positive working relationships with management and employees by arranging outbound teambuilding activities. • Developing employee engagement programs like Initiated and administered a welcome-mail policy to all new joiners, Initiated regular Birthday, employee work anniversary mailers & rewards and recognition functions & Festival celebration policy. • Responsible for vendors management and candidate’s timesheets submission on time for smooth invoicing process.
