About

I am an Instructional Designer. I am all about making learning feel simple, human, and impactful. I design learning experiences that meet people where they are and take them where they need to be. I studied Civil Engineering at Manipal Institute of Technology and graduated in 2021. While engineering sharpened my problem-solving skills, I realized my real passion wasn't building structures—it was building better ways for people to learn and grow. That realization led me to instructional design, where I could combine analytical thinking with creativity to design meaningful and engaging learning solutions. Over the past 4 years, I have worked with teams across different industries to help them learn what they need to succeed, especially during large-scale transformations like ERP implementations. From identifying training needs to designing curriculums, building storyboards, developing learning materials, and assessing learning effectiveness, I have been part of the full learning lifecycle. I bring a structured yet people-first approach to every project—and while I have gained a lot of experience, I still see myself as a learner first. Currently, I work as a Consultant at Deloitte USI, as part of the Organization Transformation team within the Human Capital Consulting practice. I support clients across industries—such as Utilities, Pharma, Banking—through complex change journeys tied to ERP implementations like SAP, Oracle, and Workday. I work on training strategy, content design, and delivery planning, with a strong focus on user adoption and real learning impact. I specialize in designing training for large transformations, aligning stakeholders, simplifying complex processes, and creating clear, accessible learning materials that help users confidently adopt new systems and ways of working. Outside of work, I find solace in sketching, indulging in good reads, and exploring new places. I try to bring a mix of creativity, structure, and collaboration to both work and life.
