Software Engineer leader with a Quality mindset. I transitioned from leading internal tool development teams to leading the development of external client facing products. I led the build of the Sofi Credit Card product from initial stages through a successful MVP and then GA launch.   • I directly managed 6 managers and there were around 60 individuals in my organization (SDET and manual qa). I led the Quality strategy from a Core QA perspective. Our mission was to provide the tools, frameworks, libraries and best practices to help Product Teams deliver high quality products faster. We helped guide and build automation for the entire SoFi fintech product line, including: Android and IOS mobile apps, the SoFi internal and external Web apps, and the 100+ micro services (REST and gRPC). We used Java, TestNG, Junit, RetroFit, Selenium WebDriver, Espresso, Swift, Jenkins and GitLab, AWS, Docker and Kubernetes.
  • We had several internal Webapp tools that our team developed to enable on demand test execution, automation reporting and also on demand data setup for development teams. We used Gitlab for our internal tool build release pipelines. We also helped enable product vertical teams to integrate end to end and integration testing in their build release pipelines.
