Over the past 15 years, my career has been a journey of growth, both personal and professional. I’ve had the honor of building and leading marketing and SDR teams from the ground up, developing processes that empower people to succeed, and creating CORE strategies that serve as the backbone of organizational growth. It’s never been just about the numbers. I’ve secured over 160+ new logos, generated a $220M pipeline, maintained a 70% inbound sales pipeline, and achieved a 25% MQL-to-meeting conversion rate. I’ve also managed multi-million-dollar sales pipelines, organized more than 25 impactful US events, and mentored over 100 marketers. However, my greatest pride lies in the people I’ve worked with—the leaders I’ve seen grow and the businesses I’ve helped thrive. I’ve been fortunate to play a key role in expanding 10-12 business units and crafting marketing strategies that truly make a difference strategies that not only grow revenue but also align with a company’s vision and values. Leading global teams across Content, Digital, Design, Data, and Automation has taught me that real success isn’t built on just great ideas it’s built on trust, collaboration, and a shared purpose. I’ve also developed strategic frameworks, like the SIT model and Growth Matrix, designed to simplify complex challenges and deliver high returns on marketing and sales investments.
