Maimba Joseph has over 5 years of experience working with entrepreneurs and development partners. As a serial entrepreneur, Maimba is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Innovative Zambian Youths Organization (IZYO) first and only youth organization in Zambia engendering self-reliance among youth by introducing, through entrepreneurship, the values and skills necessary for them to lead successful, fulfilling lives as contributing members of society. His mission is to design and prepare the next generation of future leaders by pursuing a cutting-edge research with a view of contributing to Zambia's social and economic development. Maimba is a 2016 ZRDC winner of Best Project Ward in the category of social science research . He previously worked for Zambia Research and Development Centre (ZRDC), providing technical assistance in research projects and programmes by building sustainable and affordable research community. He also worked at Care Telecommunication as cashier. The young economist has been invited to attend youths conferences, seminars, workshops and summits both local and international. in 2016 he was honored to attend World Bank Youth Summit. A Lusaka base social scientist, he is motivational and entrepreneurship author of the book entitled "Unshelving Bottled Dreams". His Research ranges across social and natural sciences with historical evidence, beside that an economist must be mathematician, historian, statesman, philosopher, in some degree as aloof and incorruptible as an artist, yet sometimes as near the earth as a politician.
