• My day-to-day activities include comprehending the Job Descriptions, Candidate Sourcing, pay negotiation, Interview coordination, background check, and onboarding.
• Maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for future opportunities, screening resumes, conducting pre-screening interviews, assisting with salary analysis, negotiations, and managing the offer process through to acceptance and start.
• Reviewing job descriptions to understand hiring manager needs and asking pertinent questions to identify the ideal candidates.
