• Using algorithms for efficient rural road planning, construction & maintenance in India.
• Developed a network optimization tool to simulate rural traffic to schools, hospitals and markets. The tool generates a user-friendly map for rural engineers to plan which roads to invest in for an 80,000 Cr government programme.
• Developed and AI model to flag road proposals that don't warrant fresh construction based on pictures of their current surface condition leading to 1000+ Cr in savings.
• Developed a tool to identify habitations that are missing in our database and still unconnected with all-weather roads using AI on satellite imagery.
