Martin has 25+ years of HR experience in India and international domain, with the last 10 years in CHRO / HR leadership roles. He has helped in launching, building and scaling organization in rapidly paced environments including GCCs, partnering with Founders and CXOs. His deep expertise across the field of HR including org design, succession planning, organisation culture, change management and restructuring, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, mergers and acquisition, leadership development makes him a strategic partner in delivering business impact with targeted human capital strategies. Martin in his latest assignment, was the Chief Human Resources Officer of Zepto, India’s fastest growing quick commerce company. He worked closely with the founders and Senior leaders in scaling Zepto from 1600 to 4000 employees in a short period of time and also played a significant role in relocating the headquarters from Mumbai to Bangalore. Prior to this, Martin was with Amazon for over 11 years. In his first role as the HR leader for Amazon India Operation business, he collaborated with the Senior Business leaders in building and scaling Amazon Fulfillment Centres and Amazon Logistics business across India. He led the efforts of setting up joint venture companies for Amazon India business from the HR perspective. Prior to Amazon, he was associated with Sapient, Accenture, Microsoft and Thomson Reuters.
