  • Carnot is a partially owned Subsidiary of the Mahindra Group, focused on a 6 million strong underserved segment - rental tractor owners. Their flagship IoT device helps tractor owners earn additional income with accurate tracking and verifiable billing.
  • My first initiative was setting up and blitzscaling a telesales channel to 60 salespeople, hitting an ARR of ₹ 6.6cr in 5 months. The major challenges were trust (100% rural audience), logistics and e-literacy. The challenge was compounded by an annual subscription charge, where we convinced rural users to pay ₹ 2000 annually for an IOT subscription.
  • The second, launching India's first ever Working Capital loans underwritten by Tractor Telematics data. Piloting in 2 districts of Maharashtra, we disbursed ~ ₹ 1.5cr of unsecured loans in collaboration with Avanti finance. This project received a nomination for the IFTA Innovation award, 2023.
  • Third, negotiating technology delivery contracts with major clients for data analytics, IOT implementation and server infrastructure.
