• OTC Related GL Activities
• Posting all ATL (P&L) Journal before WD1and Balance sheet entries by WD3
• Provide assurance to controllership team that all the postings for the month is completed within WD3
• Trial balance review to ensure appropriate balance is reflecting in the Balance sheet
• Ensure all Key Balance sheet reconciliation such as Bank, Subledger are completed by 15th day of the month and Non key within 30th of the month
• Analyse the Credit balance in Debtors account and post reclass entry to reflect the correct debtor balance
• Perform all the Subledger RECs on WD2 to ensure no mismatch before GL close.
• Perform a Cash flux to see the variance if any
• Preparation of balance sheet Pack on the Quarterly and present the same to controllers.
• Review of Close to 250 accounts in” Blackline System”.

• Building relationship with the key contacts and working closely with Controllers to implement and standardize processes to ensure maximum efficiencies.
• Having monthly calls with stakeholders to review the performance of the process and also understand the process gap if any.
• Facilitated cross training & manage resource allocation within team to ensure efficient and effective resource utilization.
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills including coaching, mentoring and ongoing performance management.
• Managing attrition in the team to have a smooth functioning of the process
