As Chief Sales Officer at Capgemini, I drive the go-to-market strategy and lead a diverse and high performing sales team for one of the world’s largest business and technology transformation firms. With over two decades of experience in strategy, business transformation, technology, and innovation, I have consistently delivered sustainable growth and profitability for both my organisation and my clients. My career spans multiple industries and geographies, with deep expertise in Banking and significant exposure to public sector transformation. Before relocating to Middle East and dedication to UAE and KSA markets, I held senior leadership roles at Capgemini in Europe (primarily in France with frog and Fahrenheit 212, then in Belgium with Capgemini Invent), where I spearheaded design, innovation, strategy and business transformation. Leading multiple end-to-end project from ideation to implementation and operation, I built extensive experience managing multi-disciplinary teams from strategists, to consultants, designers, architects, data scientists, engineers, developers… My passion for creativity and technology, has enabled me to help CxOs reimagine their business (e.g., building and launching a digital Bank in Europe for a telecom operator), accelerate transformation through technology (e.g., designing and delivering customer-centric transformation for an alliance of insurers leveraging a data, CRM and digital core solutions) and create new value proposition using innovation and creativity (e.g. promoting a new destination in the Middle East via multiple initiatives in the metaverse). I am a proud father of a daughter and a son (أبو لينة), a devoted Paris Saint-Germain Fan since end of the 90’s and active football enthusiast, both as a veteran player and referee.
