Who am I? Kalpna Singh is the founder of VUniKaS “Creations & Innovations”. After working in the corporate sector for over 9 years, she decided to jump into the 'start-up' scene with her fashion and fine jewellery brand called VUniKaS. Her Ready-made , American Diamond, handcrafted jewellery, with non precious gold-plating and uncut gemstone, is an ode to the joie de vivre of VUniKaS. The VUniKaS Creations India’s journey started in 2021 and is keeping her engaged as a full-time entrepreneur. In her earlier avatar she was with a Product based software Development company as Corporate HR Talent Partner. After spending a few years in Many Multinational Companies – in Delhi/NCR (part of the Core HR Team), she moved to the Civil Services Preparation and got this idea to convert his interest and hobby in to Monetary shape, she was an integral part of the Corporate HR team, Employee Engagement, Recruitment Procedure, Offer, Salary Negotiation and Corporate Communications. After completing 4 years at SOTI. She spent one and half year in Civil Services Preparation later she innovated this new brand of Jewellery with her interest. After taking this as a challenge she started building this brand on global level. She then started work as an Online Educator on Youtube to those needy aspirants who are not able to affort costly and unbearable accommodation expenses. Kalpna is slowly and gradually completing the course and creating the effective playlist. On - Online & other teaching roles, before starting her own Jewellery venture in 2021. Kalpna Singh has completed her Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from UPTU Lucknow in 2010, with majors in Human Resource and International Business. She did other degrees also .
