With over 16 years of experience in sales, account management, and business development, I am a B2B SaaS sales leader who has successfully delivered innovative cloud solutions to clients across various industries and geographies. My core competencies include client relations, key account management, and consultative selling. Most recently, I worked as an Associate Director of Sales at Happay, a leading business spend management platform that leverages AI, machine learning, and mobility to automate expense claims and reimbursement processes. There, I built a robust sales system to acquire new customers, create new revenue opportunities, and own the entire sales process across the country. I also established and maintained relationships with key stakeholders such as CEO, CIO, CMO, CTO, and CDO, and understood their marketing automation, technology, analytics, and digital needs. Previously, I worked at Naukri.com, India's largest online job portal, where I rose from Area Manager to Branch Sales Manager in corporate sales.
