• Played Multiple role during this period as Design Engineer for sensing products in off road vehicle application and Industrial vertical designing sensors for global Customer, Customer Facing Engineer supporting the India Customer on identifying the right sensors for there application and STRAP focal to generate the STRAP document
• Some of the key products engaged are
• Integrated Radiosonde module : This is an upper air observation module to be used for weather prediction. To understand the product / tender requirement worked closely with Government of India Metereological Department and SAMEER. Product designed had multiple sensors specific being Pressure, temperature and Humidity sensors packaged in an environment to operate in upper air chainging atmospheric condition and interfaced to Wireless module transmitting the data to local weather monitoring station.
• 2. CNG Leak Detection Sensor: A new solution created for Heavy Duty Vehicle runnign on CNG gas to detect leak with flame arresting sinisters. Worked closely with customer to understand the value proposition and the pain points . The solution arrived is the CNG leak detection with audio visual alarm consisiting fo Silicone and Sulphur Poison Resistant sheet to prevent sensor damage.
• As a Principal Engineer designed sensor from First Principle with an electronic interface to work in harsh automotive environment. some of the sensors developed are Exhaust Gas ReCirculation ; Air Mass Flow, Urea Level sensor for SCR based emission reduction etc..
