  • Brought on to help the well-known tech company behind Jira, Trello, and Confluence to meet their high hiring goals of tripling in size over the next 5 to 10 years. Specialized in DEI sourcing and stakeholder management while also completing daily recruiting tasks. At the top of the funnel, targeted sourcing, going through 100-300 applicants a week, and conducting 10-20 Recruiters screens weekly. On the backend of the process, setting up weekly meetings with stakeholders, working with candidates on interview preparation, setting up final interviews, offer negotiations with candidates and hiring managers, and finally hitting hiring quotas each quarter.
  • Design Team:
