I’m a People Business Partner at HackerRank. I believe how people feel at work directly shapes how they perform, grow, and stay. With a background in psychology, counselling, and life skills, I design people programs that are structured yet human. My work spans onboarding, internship design, performance enablement, DEI initiatives, and culture campaigns. Everything I build is aimed at making work more supportive and meaningful. I’ve played a part in the rollout of our company values and mission, managed HackerTimes, our internal magazine, and built programs like the Employee Love Committee to celebrate people in small and big ways.
