• Living Heritage is a native android and iOS application to geo-tag trees, ascertain their health and determine the risk factors. My work here involved collaborating with botanists and ecologists to determine feature requirements; managing timelines, milestones and targets around the development; conducting detailed user testing and onboarding; and post launch activities. We are currently working with colleges and government bodies in Goa to use the app to track compensatory afforestation initiatives and make recommendations to safeguard trees at risk.
