I am a passionate and results-oriented HR leader with over 18+ years of experience in the advertising and marketing industry. I have led the HR function for some of the most prestigious and award-winning agencies in India, including Magnon Group, Razorfish, and Digitas. As the Vice President HR for Magnon Group, I am responsible for developing and implementing progressive people strategies that enable and support the dynamic business growth of one of the largest digital agencies in India. I partner with the leadership team to drive tailored HR programs for the Magnon Group, which comprises of Magnon Designory, Omnicom Production, and Magnon Sancus. My key focus areas include talent acquisition, performance and talent management, business partner consultancy, learning and development, operational excellence, wellness programs, and organization communication. I also oversee the HR service model, the HR vision and strategy, and the HR budget and analytics for the business group. Under my leadership, I have successfully set up multiple Global Capability Centers (GCC) for renowned brands, directly contributing to the company’s revenue growth and strategic expansion. My mission is to create a culture of excellence, innovation, and diversity at Magnon Group, where every employee feels valued, engaged, and empowered.
