• Design and development of medium voltage MENC (HVL and HVL/cc) switchgear products for a North American manufacturing plant located at Smyrna, USA.
• As per the customer requirements design of control and wiring schematic for the MENC and MCLD products.
• Creation of electrical elevation drawings of the product and its power flow.
• Preparation of Bill of materials for all the components which are included as per the design builds for a switchgear.
• Technical quarries with the project manager and with the customer for smooth order initiation and execution process.
• Conducted technical reviews for orders by thoroughly reading its customer specs, SLD and comparing them with the ordered quote and reviewing its technical aspects which are compiled, need an exception, or a deviation from the customer’s requests.
• Proficiency with SE custom OE tools, SEEXP, and AutoCAD software.
• Timely response and support to the design-related queries in the manufacturing stage of the product and provide technical support and guidance to the plant technicians in the manufacturing facilities at Smyrna Plant, USA.
• Flex support to the other engineers for the power system project which involved the conversion of the control schematic from physical hard copies to the AutoCAD and SEEXP formats.
• Peer reviewing the completed jobs for the team to maintain consistency about the design and product quality.
