I make visions reality. Working with visionary leaders to find the right path forward for their massive goal, Stokefire identifies and provides the tools to eradicate the hidden tripwires that will otherwise hold the organization back from that goal. In 2023, Stokefire had a project develop to the point where it needed to become its own entity, Railtowns.org. This nation-wide nonprofit has the mission to find the fixes and the funding to make America's rail industry and rail-connect communities (we call them railtowns) safe, accessible, and able to thrive. We have a firm belief that railroads and railtowns need each other to thrive. We're working to find every opportunity to collaborate, partner, and support the industry ecosystem. I'm not a consultant just swooping in to apply research and organizational development science to your toughest issues- I'm living it out with my own organizations.
