Roles and Responsibilities : - Responsible for sourcing, interviewing, screening and placement of Lower , middle and senior level professional. - To find appropriate candidates from registered job sites like Naukri - Sourcing Profiles through various methods like posting jobs, mass mailers, networking ,employee references and Head Hunting. - Sourcing candidates for the open positions through different avenues like Social Media , Portals, References and Cold Calling. - Preparation of Job Analysis (Job Description, Job Specification, Job Accountability). - Managing the response and identification of suitable profiles. - Conducting telephonic interview round with the candidates. - Coordinating Selection Process and Final Interviews. - coordinating the entire interview process for smooth operation. - Taking feedback from Client and Candidate about the Candidate and Client respectively. - Negotiating with candidates on Notice period and Salary. - Following up with candidates for joining dates and handling all types of documentation. - Maintain and Update resume Data Bank. - Follow ups on Confirmations to the offer, Change in Date of joining request, Salary related issues. - Regularly interacting with new joiner and making them feel comfortable in the environment. - Client Management with regular meetings and follow up to get constant updates about vacant positions and understanding their requirements in terms of Job Description and Job Specifications. Major Clients-Fossil, ABFRL, Minda Corporation,Perffeti,Parle,Lumax DK &Ind.,Polypex Corporation,SRF, Alpla India,Sanjay Techno Plast,LGB, Dana India, other(Pharma,chemical,textile,Fashion,Retail,Ecommerce,Rubber,Food,Auto,Plastic,Industry)
