I began my career as a recruiter for LinkedIn's Global Customer Operations (GCO) team, where I was responsible for hiring entry-level and managerial positions across four lines of business: Talent Solutions, Sales Solutions, Marketing Solutions, and Learning Solutions in Bangalore and Singapore. After nearly two years in this role, I transitioned to become a Tech Recruiter. Alongside a talented team of Tech recruiters, I focused on hiring for LinkedIn's Core Engineering Team and Trust & Safety roles in India at lateral and managerial levels. This experience allowed me to gain a deep understanding of tech recruitment while honing my skills in storytelling, stakeholder management, and collaboration. During my time at LinkedIn, I also served as a Culture Champion, playing a vital role in upholding LinkedIn's culture and values. As part of a dedicated group of enthusiastic Culture Champions, I organized activities and events for InDay each month. At Google, I had the opportunity to hire for one of the fastest-growing teams—Google Cloud! Collaborating with various teams across JAPAC, I recruited for the Google Cloud Customer Engineering team, including Cloud Support roles in India. After taking a short break to prioritize my well-being, I am now proud to be part of Atlassian. Currently, I am responsible for hiring for the CSS team (Customer Support Services).
