I began my journey at Tata Motors as an "HR Coordinator Trainee", where I collaborated with cross-functional teams to create training sessions that catered to various employee groups. After completing my studies, I was promoted to a full-time role as a Skill Development Executive, allowing me to expand my impact in the Learning & Development team. Before joining Tata Motors, I worked as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Lenskart.com, recruiting for key roles like Lead Generation, Fashion Consultants, Team Leaders, and Assistant Managers.
