• Helping the incubation team with the outreach, call for applications, lead generation, and due diligence activities for attracting & evaluating potential startups for the program.
• Played a pivotal role in the scouting process, successfully identified and recommended high potential startups in the climate and mobility space for the program.
• Co-managing portfolio companies and helping them with business mentoring, accessing startup kit partners, forging strategic partnerships and also in their fundraising activities.
• Monitoring the performance of the portfolio companies by conducting EDI, VDI surveys for their ventures, also ensuring that the program has consistent & and reliable data timely.
• Supporting the team in launching demo days, bootcamps, community meetups or networking mixers as part of the program, for networking and knowledge exchange with relevant stakeholders.

• IIMA Ventures (The Innovation Continuum) of Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. Started off as a research experiment linking Entrepreneurship and Innovation, and then turned as an entrepreneurship center and has bloomed into an organization called CIIE (Centre for Innovation, Incubation, and Entrepreneurship) finally, between 2007-08. • Key responsibilities include:
• Part of the organising team of 4+ & hosted ‘Bharat Inclusion Sprints’ for stimulating interest on emerging IndiaStack technologies in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Delhi, and Mumbai that attracted 240+ startups & corporate leaders. Assisted in the program management & evaluation of about 920+ applications for the meet up.
• Identifying & onboarding early stage innovations that have the potential to solve for financial accessibility of Bharat.
• Managing fintechs as part of the Financial Inclusion Lab acceleration, providing Portfolio updates to the senior management, preparing pitch books for the cohort, updating steering committee reports, supporting the team in the business due diligence.
• Building and maintaining relationships with Investors, Incubators, Fintechs, Donors and other relevant stakeholders for the program focused initiatives.
• Working with the team for the program related execution of a cohort of 8 startups, for their learning needs and also in showcasing their business model to investors & corporates for funding and connects.
