Why am I into Customer Success? There's a particular high about being at the forefront of a business. I work on the first layer that brings cash to my company. I get to experience first hand what my customers truly want and are willing to pay for. I understand their problems from a 360 degree POV. Then, I get to champion my products and services in my customer base. I get the opportunity to make their lives easier and touch not only their businesses in a positive way, but also get to know the person who is behind these million dollar conversations. The art of making my customers and (hence) my company successful speaks to me much more than any other corporate vocation. ___________________ • At Nutanix, I will be working with NBFCs to help them manage their data, app and cloud through our one stop shop. ___________________ • Previously at Signzy, I have worked with NBFCs, Fintech and banks for KYC and onboarding of their customers. Handled ~2.5M ARR worth customers with 94% retention rate. • At TrainerGoesOnline, I was a CSM for 15 fitness trainers helping them generate $1.5 MN from US, UK, Canada, Dubai, India, Italy and Spain through social media pre-sales (inbounds and outbounds) in < 12 months. Brought in INR 1.44+ CR revenue through a team of 28 that I built from scratch for the startup. ___________________ Now, I got a life outside of this jazz. I identify as a writer and a raconteur. I have been working on a 3-part novel since 2018 and have an existential-level curiosity with the art of acting. Lived and worked in 3 countries and 12+ cities.
