• Metrica.guru - b2b competitor tracking web service. It's a SimilarWeb alternative, but for medium-sized businesses. I was responsible for all marketing, product, and strategy with the co-founders. I led a cross-functional team 1 designer, 2 software engineers, 3 freelancers.
• Results:
• We created a product used in more than 100 companies and venture funds (Skyeng, Tealtech capital, Sber, Tinkoff, etc.)
• During the first month of work, we released an MVP and checked demand from the audience: we attracted 120 applications and made 10 b2b sales without investing in marketing. In the next 6 months, we achieved a positive unit economy and found our product-market fit.
• We attracted 9 thousand users through Content and Growth marketing.
