Returning for the second time Team Toraccle now competes with more than 120 teams from across India to design and manufacture a Formula style vehicle.
Notable achievements include
1)A compact and innovative peddle assemble allowing us to reduce the length of vehicle by almost 210 mm, making it one of the most compact vehicles present on the circuit.
2) State of the art inverted style break caliper assembly achieving a breaking radius of 163mm (previously 90 mm) and still managing to completely fit flush inside a R10 rim size tire, thus impressing many of the judges.

A team of 23 undergrads designed, developed and fabricated a formula style vehicle to compete with more than 180 teams from across India. In this competition called SUPRA SAEINDIA, held at Buddh International Circuit and arranged by SAE India, we achieved great feats of engineering and design.
Despite the tight regulations and restrictions of competition we were able to achieve :
1) A top speed of about 95kmph
2) A braking distance of 6meters
3) Complete safe evacuation of driver in 4.2 seconds.
