I was in HR, specifically HR Tech and the role of AI, for almost 10 years before starting an HR Tech platform which is now the fastest growing Performance and Talent Management platform globally. As the CEO, while I oversee the company, my major focus areas are Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. I've had a love/ hate relationship with HR and HR Tech. I love how powerful the function is, the impact it can have on the lives of people, and how much can be accomplished with focus and clarity. I hate it when people think of HR as a nebulous entity (it's anything but that). HR Tech, on the other hand, is a force for good. But way too often, it's used as a system of compliance and not as a system to realize the human potential. My research on AI in Performance Management and HR Tech dives deep into how we can empower people, teams, and organizations to make performance a strategic business and people driver. My fundamental belief is that people are more than mere line items on a P&L sheet. Klaar was founded to help organizations realize that.
