• Oversee the entire recruitment process for various positions, including handling business requirements, posting job openings, managing applications, sourcing and screening candidates, building a talent pipeline, conducting interviews, coordinating candidate evaluations, negotiating offers, and finalizing offer acceptance.
• Oversee the entire employee life cycle including, Onboarding, induction and exit process.
• Utilize comprehensive Trait-based interviews to assess behavioral compatibility and alignment with the organization.
• Maintain frequent and in-depth communication with stakeholders to ensure efficient recruitment for vacant positions.
• Take charge of and lead specific hiring initiatives.
• Onboard new employees & help them get fully integrated in the
