I designed my career by being intentional and following my curiosity than climbing the proverbial ladder. This helped me to acquire all rounder skillset and solve problems in a variety of domains and contexts. I have spent 10+ years building products from the ground up (0 to 1 and 1 to 100), leading full-stack teams in SaaS, Platform Solutions, Data Products and Mobile applications across the product lifecycle. My work has contributed to achieving Revenue growth, Profitability and Customer Retention for small-medium-large businesses. In 2023, I moved back from London to Bangalore to pursue Làvi – my gut health startup. We did a good MVP achieving our little milestone of first 100 paying customers with 9.0 NPS and 70% retention.
