He has demonstrated strength in translating strategic goals to operating plans and successfully delivering them. Satya set up and managed a high quality Technical Centre at Bangalore for the erstwhile Parsons Brinckerhoff. Recently, he led the Policy team at Directorate of Urban Land Transport in Karnataka and played a key role in the drafting of BMLTA Bill (now enacted) and Active Mobility Bill. As an Independent consultant, pro bono initiated a societal conversation in Bengaluru that led to the creation of two SaaS based autorickshaw ride hailing applications.
