I am a curious learner and believe in exploring new challenges. I leverage my expertise in learning and development (L&D) and talent management programs to build and nurture a high-performing and inclusive workforce. I am also a certified human resource professional (CHRP), and demonstrating my commitment to excellence and continuous improvement in human resource management. With over nine years of experience in learning and development, talent management and HRBP roles, I have successfully designed and implemented employee learning initiatives, talent engagement and management programs, employee surveys, talent retention strategies, launched e-learning and bite-sized learning projects, and developed frameworks for different organizations, ranging from start-ups to real estate, e-commerce and non-profit social enterprises. I am passionate about exploring new opportunities, learning from great minds, and embracing the challenges of the VUCA world. Some of my notable achievements include launching an employee engagement survey within 90 days of joining Standard BioTools, building the India team for IMMO Capital, a global real estate investment firm, developing a learning and development framework and leading employee engagement programs in Emaar, and conceptualizing community learning programs and leading talent management projects in Dharma Life, building HR framework and team from scratch in Cars24 and being selected to shadow the HR leaders at Infosys, one of the largest IT companies in India during MBA.
